Six Barrel Soda - Celery Tonic
Our Six Barrel Soda Celery Tonic is an NYC deli inspired wonder that has the spice of celery seed and ginger, the crispness of cucumber, green apple and celery and the freshness you should expect of great soda.
How to mix:
Our syrups are designed to be mixed with soda or sparkling water, and are best served cold over ice.
Shake before use. Then mix 1 part syrup to 5 parts water (usually about 30mL of syrup in a 200mL glass of water). Stir and garnish with fancy things.
Pickled Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
- 15ml Six Barrel Soda Co. Celery Tonic
- 30ml Absolut vodka
- 120ml Tomato juice
- 10ml Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon horseradish sauce
- Hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Dill pickle garnish
- Cucumber, Celery, Lemon garnish
Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice and set aside. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker along with ice, and shake gently. Strain into the glass. Garnish.

Our drinks are made with real ingredients, like NZ citrus, organic ginger, central Otago cherries and fair trade organic cane sugar. Our drinks are free from preservatives and artificial sweeteners, colours and flavours and contain around 30% less sugar than most sodas.
We are Living Wage Accredited, Independently NZ owned and Winners of the NZ 2021 Artisan Awards for non-alcoholic drinks.
