Store in a cool dry place for up to 4.5 months and enjoy the 350g pack when those olive cravings hit!
Do my goods need to be refrigerated?
We recommend you keep the Manuka Smoked Wild Venison Salami in the fridge prior to opening. It is perfectly fine while in transit, just refrigerate once it arrives. The rest of our small batch products are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration. Once opened, please refer to the back of the packing for storage recommendations.
