The Good Fusion
The Good Fusion
The Good Tonic in conjunction with Flavours of Plenty Food Festival 2023 presents The Good Fusion, a fusion of Food, Fashion & Music, at Port Ohope Wharf, Sunday 26th March. Time: 2 – 5:30 pm
We are bringing together some of the finest artisans, designers & musicians, all with the same ethical ethos, slow, sustainable production with reuse & repurpose as their core values. The Flavours of Plenty festival is predominantly food orientated, but we thought, let’s make it a fusion of all the thing we love, and have a lazy Sunday afternoon filled with bubbles, banter and great entertainment.
All profits will be going to our charity of choice - the Dream Chaser Foundation - A Chace Topperwien Charity, supporting children and their families facing childhood cancer in Aotearoa. The Dream Chaser Foundation was established by Ryan and Keri Topperwien in loving memory of their three-year-old son Chace who passed away after a difficult battle with Leukaemia in 2012.
The purpose of the Foundation is to offer financial, emotional, and practical support to children with cancer and their families in Aotearoa. Ryan and Keri know first-hand how stressful and uncertain the child cancer journey can be so have concentrated on support services that really make a difference.
We have collaborated with some of our favourite retailers and sustainable designers to showcase their new collections on the runway. Our aim for the event is to help drive brand awareness for the designers involved, to help showcase the diverse styles and range of sustainable fashion and lifestyle brands.
thank you to our sponsors and artisans who have helped us create this event.
Above are the amazing companies, artists & artisans who are helping us in providing their time, expertise, and amazing products, please support these guys where you can, without them we would not have been able to raise much-needed funds for the Dream Chaser Foundation.
